Today in our country, Cameroon, we are facing a problem: an energy shortage, even though energy is one of the key factors for development. The energy shortage is due to several reasons: population growth, which leads to increased demand. Urban development in our country (the creation of businesses, the use of more powerful machinery in industry, and the use of additional appliances for comfort and luxury), etc. The fossil fuels we use today are not only becoming scarce but are also among the most polluting factors on our planet. To reduce this pollution, we must turn to renewable energy sources. One of the most abundant, easily accessible, and exploitable energy sources worldwide is solar energy. There are two forms of solar energy: photovoltaic solar and thermal solar. In this paper, we will focus on photovoltaic solar energy.
