El relato corto El invitado de Drácula, cuya adaptación al cómic tenéis en vuestras manos, es una precuela de Drácula y fue publicado por primera vez en 1914, dos años después de la muerte del escritor. Algunos estudiosos de la obra de Stoker consideran que debió ser el primer capítulo de Drácula, por lo tanto, sería parte del diario de Jonathan Harker. Caso de ser así, los editores o el propio autor decidieron suprimirlo, por considerarlo superfluo o incluso perjudicial para el resto de la novela.Sea como fuere, espero que disfrutéis leyendo esta novela gráfica tanto como yo he disfrutado con su adaptación y dibujo.Ángel Pareja
