Daughters of the Rose is a book I created for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the noise of the modern world and wants a cleaner, clearer understanding of their own spiritual path. I have spent years listening to people, working closely with them, guiding them, and learning from life in a way that pushed me to look deeper into energy, trauma, intuition, and the feminine spirit. I realised that the same conversations I was having again and again with friends, clients, and strangers were part of a wider need, and that everything I had learned could help far more people than the few who came to me directly.In this book, I share the teachings that shaped me, from understanding how energy moves between people, to protecting your home and spirit, to navigating relationships with confidence, clarity, and boundaries. I talk about grief, trauma, misalignment and the ways these experiences affect your field. I explore manifestation, intention, spiritual discipline, the law of power, the Divine Feminine and the ancient priestess lineage that continues to move quietly through so many women today. These teachings are not about perfection or performance. They are about understanding yourself on a deeper level and learning how to move through the world with strength, intuition, calm and self-worth. Daughters of the Rose is the story of my awakening, but it is also a guide for yours. Everything I share comes from real life and lived experience, shaped by the wisdom passed down through my Scottish, Irish and Romani ancestry. My intention is simple.
